Delivery

Order online and have your items delivered to your door within 5-10 working days. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
All orders are subject to product availability, If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.

Return Policy

Items may be returned during the first 14 working days after goods has been received, ensuring that the product is received back to us in its original packaging or the same condition it was sold in. You will also need to provide the receipt of proof of purchase. Any and all costs resulting from delivery and collection will be for the customer’s account. Should the product be found to have a fault, Allied Home will first attempt to repair, failing which we will replace the goods and should the problem still persist, only then will we do a refund.

To book a return, you can contact us at info@alliedhome.co.za or click the link on the website. If your return is accepted, we will then send you a return shipping label as well as further instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will then process the refund within the next 7 working days. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, less the original shipping fee.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges for all returns shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping fees for all returns, must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damages during shipment.
