No we don’t, we accept card and EFT payments online only, although payment via card or cash can be made on collection of order.

Our focus is to get your products to you as soon as possible, depending on the area you are located and the product that you purchase, delivery could be between 5 to 10 working days once order confirmation email has been received.

Instead of trying to work our delivery fees into each product, we prefer to keep our product costs low, and charge separately for your delivery. We’ve partnered with some of the best courier and shipping companies so that we have peace of mind, quick and hassle free deliveries.

Allied Home does not provide a guarantee with any product unless the product come with a supplier guarantee. Please retain your invoice for guarantee purposes so that it makes the process seamless. Refer to the T’s & C’s or Email info@alliedhome.co.za for more information.

In order for any appliance guarantee to be valid, the product would need to be installed by a registered installer. A Certificate of compliance is also a prerequisite. With regards to any other product, provided there is no blatant misuse or negligence on the client’s behalf, we would be more than willing to swop out your product for a new one or refund your money AFTER inspecting the product.

We consider any purchase of 10 or more of one particular product a “bulk purchase”, depending on your product, delivery address and frequency, we would be willing to work out a specific deal or discount for you. No discount will be given if the item is already on special indicated on the website. Send us an email for a quote request and we will get back to you with pricing.
