Weber Tylon® Rapid 12 is a cement-based, high-strength rapid-set tile adhesive designed for both wall and floor applications. It sets within 12 hours, allowing for quicker project turnaround. Ideal for fixing Porcelain, Ceramic, Clay, Brick, Cement, and Natural Stone tiles, it accommodates bed thicknesses from 3–6 mm, and up to 12 mm in isolated (non-continuous) areas.

• Tensile Adhesion Strength:

  • Initial: > 1.0 N/mm²

  • After heat aging: > 1.0 N/mm²

  • After water immersion: > 1.0 N/mm²

  • After 20-minute open time: > 0.5 N/mm²

Coverage:

• Wall tiling (6 mm trowel): approx. 6 m² per 20 kg bag

• Floor tiling (10 mm trowel): approx. 4 m² per 20 kg bag

Coverage may vary based on surface condition and application method.

Suitable Substrates:

• Pre-cast concrete

• Post-tensioned floors

• Heated screeds

• Tile-on-tile applications

• Power-floated floors

Not Suitable For:

• White or light-coloured marble

• Porous porcelain tiles (may cause discolouration)

For these applications, use Weber White adhesive.
